How much hike will get for promotion from c3a to c3b.also is worth to go for promotion as will get very less quaterly bonus?

Yes i know but now for c3a as well getting very less QVA,so if we compare diffrence of QVA between c3a and c3b with hike(approx 2lakhs) then you will get more salary on hike.Also it will help you when you search outside opprtunity

Not yet my manager saying first hike will release of last year apprisal and then promotion window will open
