Trending @Infosys; How much hike will a person get from JL4 to JL5 via Infosys CONSULTANT BRIDGE program

Hi all,

I asked the manager for a hike and after all the discussions they agreed for a certain %of hike.. I also applied for the Infrastructure Consultant Bridge program to which I got selected. How do I proceed with this? Which is the better option to choose. I need help with this.
