Trending @Accenture; How much hike we should expect when we get promoted from lvl 12 to 11?

If I am having a ctc of 5.4 lpa at lvl 12.1 how much hike I can get if I am promoted to lvl 11 and also can anyone please let me know is 5.4 lpa is a good ctc and at level 12.1 if not then what should be the ctc of level 12.1 employee.
