Trending @HCL; How much hike we can expect for exception performance for e2.3 band and current package is 19.5lpa..???

I have been getting DP rating last 3 years highest Increment I have got is 3% I was also promoted twice in this tenure with No compensation change. In last 4 year my overall Increment on CTC is 1.8 LPA. Now serving Notice period Don't have much hope from HCL, increments are poor here, Your performance, rating does not decide the hike % you will get. Learn grow and move on for better pay.

I am also in E2.3 band and will complete 1 year on this end of June. I think if you have good ratings and dependencies in project then 10% approx, what I researched here. What’s your in hand? And ratings?

Ratings are irrelevant to the hike percentage. I got an EP last year and the hike was around 4% despite having more dependencies in the project. Don't set your hopes up. Get a good offer and negotiate. If you just ask for more hike the managers will tell you their hands are tied and budgeting, bell curve nonsense. Just get a good offer and decide you want to negotiate and retain or jump to a new company

It's totally dependent upon your project head. If he feels you need a raise they can offer you a 10% hike, otherwise no one gets more than 2~3% over in hcl at this pay scale or band. Again, this is not the benchmark, I saw people not getting any hike too.! So be prepared for anything
