How much hike to Demand

I'm having 3.5 years of experience as a Data Engineer in TCS. My current CTC is around 5LPA. I desperately want to switch as can't settle here for this less for a long time. On my first switch how much salary hike should I demand in the same role of Data Engineer?

My skillsets are Python, AWS, SQL, Snowflake.
