How much hike should I expect?
My current ctc is 4.37 LPA feeling ashamed while even typing this, total yoe is 3.8 years now. I’m trying to switch in Devops domain. How much salary should I expect?? I don’t think the appraisal will be done any sooner so how do I negotiate I’m just clueless
Work hard on yourself in the domain you want to switch for a month then mark notice period serving on naukri and LWD as 15- 20 days later. Keep going through the interview and record everything you cannot do well, improve and keep doing interview till you crack it. Once you have received an offer in hand ask for extension by giving any reason like medical, village or anything that is relevant.
Lastly, it's not something to be ashamed of rather it's very good situation to improve yourself and once you do, nothing can stop you.
