It completely depends on your current ctc and band....if you are in the higher ctc bracket of your band and not going to get promoted then expected lower hike percentage

Do u have any idea how this is calculated? I'm A5, and for 3 rating, I got 10% hike last year... now my rating is 2, so how much hike I can expect?

No one has that idea.....you band was low and package must bhi low due to that. So 10% won't be an issue. You might get 15% this time. Don't worry, your percentage would be good based on your band and package

Succeeding: 1.5-4% Exceeding: 2-8% Exceptional: 6-16%
Again it depends on the current CTC and band.
