How much hike i will get for FYA?

I am a fresher, working on a high-visibility project. I have worked incredibly hard for the past six months, coming to the office at 8:30 AM and leaving at 8 or 9 PM every day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

I haven't done just the work they gave us. we have done more than what they expected from us. I've learned so many new things, and I haven't just learned them. I have applied them in the project at the right time. This is a POC project where we have to do research and development with industry standards.

The project was a great success, and all stakeholders were congratulating us on our work. The client gave us feedback, saying, "You guys have done a PhD in these six months." Now, it's time for my anniversary appraisal, and my manager gave me a 4.23 as an IPF. Is this rating acceptable, considering how hard I've worked? How much of a raise can I expect?

All of my other friends received a 4.5, and they haven't worked as hard.
