Hey Guys I have 7 yrs of Exp into Java Backend development. Current CTC is 22.5 LPA Offered is 26 LPA
I am average in coding , Excellent in Team leading , Management and knows something about everything.
Looking at market situation , How much Hike I can get ? I am looking to do offer shopping in the end of Notice. Please valuable input.

In service based industry , looking at bad/stagnant market its difficult, if you are exceptional Developer then easily you can try for product based companies
