I heard from people that even if they have rating 1 still they received 4% hike in 2024 at Capgemini

Generally if you get rating 1 you will be getting fair hike 9-10% and more if u are getting promoted. But exception is there for 2024, since the situation is bad for overall IT industry it was not that good. Very minimal.
