Trending @Capgemini; How much hike for A5 to B1 promotion?

I'm getting promoted this month end from A5 to B1. Currently my CTC is 4.35 LPA. How much will it increase after my promotion?

Depends on your rating. My CTC was also 4.35 when I was A5. Now at B1 it's around 5.65 for me. I had received Exceptional rating.

I got a rating of 2 and got promoted. My CTC was approx 4.5 when I was A5. As B1 I got 5.4.

It completely depends upon your rating and some say the project also. I received a 5% hike after 14 months and in the 16th month i received another 5% without any promotions. For promotion you receive less than 5% hike, my friends who joined capg with salary and who received the hike got an extra 5%hike.
