How much hike does a company can offer without any counter offer?

I am looking for a job switch from TCS with 5 Years of experience into cognizant (discussions going on) or any other company that might come in the future.
For a Data Analyst with 5 Years of experience, how much hike can we expect when switching a company?
My current CTC is 8.98 LPA(7.05 Fixed, 1.93 Variable) and I am expecting 16LPA(Fixed + Variable). Is it possible or am I expecting too much?
For 5 yoe data analyst. 15 lpa is very reasonable.
In fact if you go great at interviews and get into good companies you can get 20+ also, but this depends on how skilled you are and whether you can clear the interviews.
For reference Amazon de1 is 18lpa. You could go for de2 which will be higher.
Let me tell you my current situation. I was in Birlasoft as a fresher. I left and joined another which is a product based company. Now my Birlasoft manager calls me and asks me to rejoin and I am expecting at least 15 lpa. I have 3.5 years of experience.
So no worries go ahead and ask.
