Trending @Accenture; How much hike can we expect this cycle?

Most of them didn’t get any hike from last 1.6+ years unless they are promoted. Currently the market is also not that good so how much percentage of hike we can expect? And if someone is manager level and above please let us know what’s the talk going on about the hike ?

I joined Accenture in Aug 22, got first hike of 15% in Nov 23 and second hike in June 24 of 23%(both without promotion)There is a chance that now after completing 2 yrs in Accenture I'll get dry promotion now in sept,24 with 10-15% hike in Nov.( Told by lead) Note : I'm at career level 12 ( Associate)
