Trending @Accenture; How much hike can one expect for default promotion from L11 to L10?
One of my friend got 27 percent hike in promotion from L11 to L10 in Nov'24 cycle.
Completely depends on what your base pay is right now. If you are underpaid, then expect a good 20-30% hike. If you are paid well as L11, then expect a 10-15% hike. Accenture always maintains salaries as close to average as possible, never seen someone receive a huge hike on promotion because of performance.. it's just a myth (unless you have some skill that is rare, which is also rare :D).

Base pay is 9 lakhs per annum and if I moved from CL10 TO CL9... HOW THE % WILL BE... Any suggestions please...
I feel my base pay is too low for a CL10 candidate with 11 YOE
based on profile it depends. if any strong tech domain then you are definitely underpaid with 11 YOE. but if you are in support or internal tech support with old infra and tech then to be honest i know people are also getting less than you with 10 YOE. if Accenture is the 1st company otherwise in both the conditions you are underpaid.
