10moTrending @Capgemini; How much hike can i expect after my first promotion?
I joined Capgemini at 7.5LPA as Senior Analyst (A5) and acc to some seniors after the first year you can expect your first promotion/increment and I have heard that these numbers of growth are pretty less.
Can I get a ballpark percentage? I am in the Bangalore location.

You will only be promoted if you get rating 1 or 2. For rating 1 it is 12% , for 2 it is 10% and if you get rating 3 you won't be promoted but you will get a 6% total hike in your salary.
FYI , I got rating 2 and just got promoted after 1 year of joining with 10%.

Not that much. Because your salary is more than the mean salary of A5 grade so you can expect very very less.
