Trending @Capgemini; How much hike can I ask when switching job

I have 6 +years of experience as a BI developer. My current CTC is 12.6 lakhs. I have an offer with Infosys and they are offering 16 lakhs. How much hike can I ask for according to the market ? And is this a good hike? Or should I be negotiating for more and if yes than how much can I ask for ?

what about variable pay in infosys? is it included in 16 lakhs? As per the market you can ask 18.5 without variable pay. if they want to include variable pay ask 19.5

It’s without variable pay
They initially said their budget is only 15

Had a discussion with HR and they said they can only offer 16lakhs in which 85% would be fixed and 15% would be variable pay
