My coach just revealed my ratings? Ihave been in Deloitte for around year and a half now. Client Impact : Exceptional Metrics : Strong

I have 4.5 YOE Current Fixed Pay : 12L Variable : 10%

Hows your snapshot is it close to vsa?

Both has to be exactly at vsa or very close to vsa ( like 1 out 6 snapshots can maybe SA)
Else they are not going to give exceptional.

Mine both are exactly inbetween SA & VSA so it will be strong only right in that case
