Where are zero and Debt options?
After i got a job, had asked dad how much wealth does he have in total. We don't have any land or other assets.
He said it was 12L in total. I make about 3x of that in a year. Always grateful. Put in the hard work folks!
Not sure how much the wealth would be… but pustaini jameen hai(among 4 brothers), apart from dad having some other land parcels in village area… Though I never intend to sell it(hard work of parents and grand parents). I believe in self-wealth creation, and have been able to buy a property of my own(without a single penny from parents).
I have seen people selling land(asset) and buying cars(liability). It’s a bad financial decision(many would disagree, mentioning it’s their choice). But I have seen people selling land and enjoying and leaving nothing for their children or for their own future, and later on regretting.
