Bro will you be able to get funding on your own? Surely they will be raising money on your work, but suppose that they won't get funded and as a majority shareholder are you willing to put in money from your pocket? Believe me you don't want to go down that road I was on similar paths as yours we have our MVP ready but at the end our CTO got greedy and asked for the majority, unfortunately our Co-founder left and till now we aren't able to raise funds
thank you for responding, but I'm a little confused by your reply - how am I a majority shareholder(pardon me if this sounds dumb as i may be missing out on the technicalities) aren't the founders(2) the majority shareholders? Also, I'll be demanding a 10% consultancy fee on the project costs + coming in as founding team members..that virtually secures our position against the chance of not getting funding or general chaos
