How much does onsite pay?

Hi All, does anyone have an idea on how does the pay structure work when you go on-site? Is it dependent on current CTC or is it flat for your grade? Any additional benefits?

Grade: C3B Location options: New Zealand, Australia or Canada Duration: Long term (more then 3months) Traveling with family
