How much do brand managers / creative directors get paid?

Asking for a friend.

Has 9 years of experience as a creative director (job title) but has also been doubling up as a brand manager at her current job.

Currently working at a very well known D2C startup (and had worked with some other really well known brands).

In my personal opinion, she's a lot more talented than the average brand folks I have met.

The problem is that she's making around 16 LPA, which seems very low for her experience.

She's thinking of switching: wanted to get an idea what the market salaries are for creative directors & brand managers right now?
