How much CTC I should expect while switching

I have 4.3 years of total experience with 3 years working in azure data engineer role.I have current CTC of 9.8L .

At least 15 lpa. And as I said. That’s the least. Aim for more if possible

15-18 if you are lucky and getting in a product company. Mostly 13 to 15.
