How much coding do LLMs actually replace on your team? (junior vs mid vs senior)

Genuine question for teams shipping real products:

If you had to estimate, what % of coding work is currently being replaced/accelerated by LLMs for each level?

• Junior-level tasks (%):
• Mid-level tasks (%):
• Senior-level tasks (%):

For context, by "replace" I mean work that would have taken a human significantly longer but is now mostly handled by AI + review.

Would love concrete examples:

• What tasks got fastest improvement?
• What still needs strong human ownership?
• Where does AI output create rework/bugs?

My impression so far:

• Junior tasks: high replacement/acceleration
• Mid-level: moderate
• Senior-level architecture/product judgment: still mostly human

Curious how close (or wrong) this is across teams.
