125 seems like the per user per month allocation. Once this user utilizes that 125 and becomes a part of DAU/WAU/MAU at least one of the mentioned cohort they'll stop sending this messages. Also, the target audience for these messages would be - their market share minus the TAM, In dec.'23 their market share was 28% with 13million MAU which is ~46million of total market. Assuming the growth from that time till date Sept.'24 - 18million MAU and 35% market share which is ~52million of total market, a case where zepto grew faster than the market cos of all the funds they've raised. Meaning the message in screenshot is sent to ~35million users with 125INR allocated per user gives us INR43.75 crore/$5.3million allocated per user per month to retain existing/ get back churned users.
