I’ve seen people posting jobs without any head and tail relation with the organisation and getting lakhs of connections. Note sure how its gonna earn them.

Not at all, afaik. I understand the algo of Insta, X, other social media platforms but not this. I mean the ads are less, digital marketing is somewhat different but my concern is of HR team, these so called data scientist who put some random child links to learn sql and gain lakhs of followers.
