You can expect 20-23 LPA bro..but the issue is there are window shopping for Mainframe associates and taking people which low package and immediately available. So if you really need an offer from them agree to whatever they give..then start your window shopping with other companies.. anything around 18-20 LPA is good for 7 years exp in the market
