I have started my career as a Manufacturing Engineer for the first 5 years, ended with 6 LPA, then moved to Product/Program development for the next 6 years and now at 21 LPA in Amazon. I started with a low package and was able to correct a little bit later (post 8 years of YOE). Any suggestions to recover further ?
