Trending @Cognizant; How much can I expect hike as a senior data scientist with 11 years of exp?

I joined cognizant in sept 2033. My current CTS is 35 ( 33.5 fixed and 1.5 ). How much shall I expect after 11 months. I have finished two project with 100% billed at senior ai resource. What do you recommend me, shall I continue or lookout for switching? How much shall I expect after 11 years of experience? I am mainly working on generative ai, nlp, ml, dl computer vision
