How much are SPMs with 5+ YOE earning at Paytm?

Depends a lot on previous salary. I know someone who transitioned took a lateral shift from sde and gets paid more while someone who came from a smaller company with way less ctc was given only 40% hike but that evaluates to somewhere around 30lpa
