How much are Founder's Office / Chief of Staff roles getting paid?

I'm working at a fintech in a founder's office role

Wanted to switch to a different org in the same role and looking to understand how much are folks getting paid in this role.

Work ex - 3.5 Years in BFSI Education - MBA from Tier 1 Uni, UG in Economics from Tier 2 Uni

Current Cash Component - 34 + 3L and ESOPs
