Company agar Target achieve karegi (EBITDA +ve)to appraisal milega wo bhi pura variable , agar nhi achieve ki to ghanta kuch milega.. ab aaplog decide kar lo ye appraisal hai ya nhi and ye kya show kar Raha.

Idk why people ask this specific question on repeat like appraisal is different even in members of the same team let alone across companies..domains..industries.

Overall picture that I got from multiple companies - base hike 1-3%, 2-5%, 4-7% (3/4/5 rating). This is if any, some companies are choosing not to give any this time.
All in all bad year to expect big jumps, if you got promoted additional amount - whatever puts you above the minimum for next position.
