How much a days enough to attend in a month for not deduct in variable pay

Do they are really about to deduct variable pay I want full variable pay at least in such a low LPA What u guys think about it

One thing is when appraisal was happening my manager promised me that he will uplift my role from c1 to c2 in June and try to initiate on-site But now he simply told that it will be done once u stay for 4 years , holy. Crap
