How much % salary increment should I ask for?
I work as a Product designer in a pre-seed startup based out of Gurgaon, owning a product building it from ground zero without PM, currently I am at a CTC of 8.0 lpa, what increment should I ask for?
20% (9.6 lpa)
30% (10.4 lpa)
40% (11.2 lpa)
50% (12 lpa)

Ask for 50% if they value your skills and take design seriously they will definitely pay. If not then find another one which can. Though market is a bit unfavourable at the moment.
