I joined Accenture in Nov 2022 as an AASE.

I received a 13.5% hike on the Dec 2023 cycle.

How much % salary hike should I expect when I get the default promotion on Dec 2024 from 12 to 11?

@AngelOfDeath there is no such thing as default promotion! Someone has to recommend your name and send your name for approval to HR for promotion!

The person who recommends your name to SDL is your people lead and SDL sends final list to HR!
