How many years of experience required for senior principal consultant role in oracle and what will be the pay scale for that role?

In oracle I see a designation "Senior principal Consultant". Would like to know ow generally how many years of experience folks should have to get into that role ? And also what's the pay scale for that role.

Second question is senior principal consultant role better than senior consultant role in Deloitte USI ? Which one to choose given a chance
