Trending @Cognizant; How many years it takes for default promotion from A to SA ?

There is no default but there are min criteria like 2years min in current level, 3+rating in last 2 years

There is no deafault promotion from A to SA.

I am with 2.8yr but not got yet.. they say my name is not in prioritized list but others with just 2 yrs have got it.. i think its luck or fate.
