Trending @Infosys; How many years does it take for a promotion from JL5 to JL6?

3-10 years depending on your flamboyance, ability to impress your DM, client handling capabilities, working beyond your project on unit level activities, or being an anchor of your project/client, working new proposal , RFp, managing client visit, good with PPts . Depending on how many factors you have lesser number of years you will spend on 5A

I have completed 2.8Years as JL5a. Though i have good ratings my increment is very bad. When I ask, got a reply thet your salary is already in the high range
