How many times TCS cuts HIS Premium from salary ?

Hi folks, I am wondering how many times and what amount is TCS deducting HIS from my salary.

In Jan and Feb of this year they deducted 800₹ each month.

Now in May they again deducted and this time 1449₹.

How many more times they will deduct HIS premium from salary ?

PS I joined as Digital Fresher Candidate on 30 October 2023.

2 installments for floater, 8 installments for other if added parents
