As per estimated 12k+ they would have already achieved 50%, but is it really 12k+? then why they need to do this activity till Mar’26, when every company wants wind up the lay off in a short period of time…

Forceful resignation won't be considered as termination. And on top of that they would terminate 12k and more
Nobody can count that. You dont know if person was forced to resign or terminated as most of the people will resign under pressure from HR.
