How many sick leaves can we take during notice ? My manger is trying to impose others work on me which I don’t knw in notice too

They refused to reduce my notice period or let me use up my earned leaves - I hv more than 25

Am honestly mentally disturbed to work cz of anxiety at this work ! If I take leave for mental health Wil they ask for doc certification?

You can not avail a single leave. If you yake that will increase your NP

Simple take medical certificate and apply

I believe there is no strict policies on that.

I am at my notice too, and taking frequent sick leaves (or at least once a week).

My HR told me during my NP I can take only sick leaves and also if they find mis-using, it will affect my last working day, as they will extend the notice period.

For my case since I am not resigned for my next job, I don't care about extending the notice period. After informing this to HR they said it will be considered Leave Without Pay.

Since I don't care about that too, I am chilling and taking one leave per week.
