It depends on the location.. we receive 7 sick leaves and 7 casual leaves at gurugram

Yes for the gurgaon location, means total 14 leaves including sick and casual? And about earned leaves

Earned leaves increase every 15 days as few hours keep getting added to it. They do not collapse after Aug 31.. the sick leaves and casual leaves gets collapsed if remains unused and would be paid or reused after 31 Aug
