Market is brutal 😂? that’s just the new excuse companies use to keep employees scared and silent. They keep repeating it like some holy mantra, just to make sure no one questions low hikes, unpaid overtime, or toxic workloads. It’s not really about the “market,” it’s about control. They want you to feel lucky just to have a job, even if they’re squeezing every drop of energy out of you. The truth is, the market isn’t always the problem 🙂the management mindset is.

Market is not brutal. Just upskill and move. Hiring and firing going on. This is new normal.
