No Hike and Boht rare chance of promotion. Extremely rare. Also very minor chance of hike in Dec - Clearly conveyed by Leadership. Better Bahar jon dhoondo.

I joined on April, hence eligible for june cycle so increment will be given on June as i have confirmed from HR

If your manager has promised, then you might get in june or nov cycle, without your manager word dont expect anything
