How many people here are considering a job change in 2025?

Will change if grapevine calls me for backend engineer interview😆

It’s in consideration every year, it would help if employers could start looking for me .-.

My only rationale is getting underpaid bespite upskilling

Not job change but career change. I aspire to be able to provide jobs in 2025.

It's been 3 years. Badly in need of upskilling and salary hike 😁. Will need to start preparing and apply from Feb.

No options, will HAVE to get a new job, just got laid off🥲 But I see it as, New Year New Me🎀

Not gonna change until 2026. My girlfriend has some plans for startup and I might need to maintain a stable income. Only got two years worth of runway without any income as of now, so planning to increase my savings.
