How many of you're actively looking for switching from your current role/company?

Most of the folks in my circle are trying for the same (in my company as well as others).

If you're planning to switch, can you please share the reason here?

One thing that I think as the reason is that, with the recent massive restructuring exercises, the culture (read - dynamics) at various companies has gone for a toss. I would like to understand further.
