My manager confirmed the same and my friends from cts received the same info. Also i can see some folks confirming from cts group. Its not official but the info is same.
First of all auto promotion concept is not there only ur BU need to recommend ur name then only u can get promotion
Bro if its , then how come in oct of 2024, many of folks got auto promoted.. even their managers and hcm are not aware of it. It happened once in a quarter..
I have seen many of my frds autopromoted even in bench time,, really.. If BU suggest like that,, how fellow mates in bench got promoted on october month on previous year??? Thats the live proof bro dont confuse
I am also somewhat confused now, I’ve completed my 3 years in the end of december and now in march I got the promotion from PA to A and its effective from 1st Jan as mentioned in the e-letter now the thing is when I checked with my manager in month of jan and feb reg to the promotion they said we will see in the Q2 and giving lame excuses
If the promotion is from BU then they should inform us in prior I think this is auto only
