How many of you think HR of IT companies are waste bodies

Seriously many employees are waiting to get onboard ,many employees approach hr for their concern they least bother on all these things instead of that they are more interested in conducting fest,dj,hand,kite making , cooking without fire,hand painting,lauda painting all those stupid things..they should be kicked off first

They are just eating money nothing more they are first to be fired

Every company HR are not the same.TCS and wipro HRs i know waste, but my first company FT, they lisen employees concern and issues and help them .Management use to shiver ..

They (HR) are not trained enough to manage human emotions. It comes with experience and knowledge. Most of the TCS HRs' are new to the industry and lack compassion.

I have been worked in 5 companies and I felt the HR's in TCS is the worst and totally waste bodies. For interview selection also the people in the project has to call and ask for their skill set, domain and years of exp, etc., but these kinds of work HR's has to do but why the people in the project has to do these types of work. What the hell these guys are doing. HR's day to day task in TCS would be Simply sitting, harassing the employees and thinking of multiple ways to loot employees salary. Any ways I already put paper and counting my days to quit from this shit hole. HR's primary work is to help employees and understand their situation. If there is a TCS policy then this HR guys will violate the policy. I don't want to comment about this shits. It's totally waste of time.

Hr is nothing just using ai for hr tasks, why don't just replace them with ai hr automations
