If we dig deeper then one can understand that tcs employees are getting 20 to 25k less take home per month than other firms for the same package. And gratuity/pf will still be less since the basic is very less here. Medical insurance, employee should pay for their pocket. Just wondering, is TCS showing good revenue only by deducting employees variable pay ? by asking them to pay the medical insurance ?by reducing the gratuity ? OMG...it's a big scam which 99% employees not aware of.

You get 100% variable pay up till C2 grade... After that your variable pay get linked to account performance and unit performance as well

Medical insurance is deducted in salary why? Even the individual sum with Ctc is invalid as they gave me in letter
