Can i get full variable if WFO exception is approved because there is no dedicated ODC at my location?

The new policy of QVA deduction is implemented on 18 april so any deduction that has to happen will start from April to june quarter. For this quarter qva is based on your unit performance.

Ig this month we'll get 100% QVA but coming quarters they may vary it as per RTO guidelines
