How many of you have experienced that if you would have more reward points then you could have gotten more discount on the flight?

Is this a universal thing dude. Everyone feels that. Solve for that is be smart with always spending on credit cards. As simple as that.

I have a Milennia & SBI cash back CC, can someone change my mind regarding a CC which gives more than 5% reward rate and doesn’t have an obscene fees like Magnus/AmEx Platinum charge? I’m okay to cough up to 1-5k if I’m at a net positive in the end.

My annual spends from CC hover around ₹10L/year.
